Started with the bar & now up to 70kg for 8 x 3. Discs remain firmly in my spine!

Lots of things potentially in play here including personal bias but the point remains I am asymptomatic & have no issues. 🤔

If your goal is to build max muscle and you can't lift the chosen weight under reasonable control, reduce the load and focus on maintaining tension in the working muscles - particularly on the eccentric action.

3000 kcal juures 33 g rasvu. Mitte - sellise kaloraaži juures eeldedes, et kehakaal on ikka minim 70-... kg (ja mõnede teooriate põhjal siis minim 70 g rasvu.. ("1 g keha-kg kohta" - nagu mitmed kohalikudki "treenerid" kirjutanud on)



Lihtsalt mõttekoht. Mitte, et ta tekstid kõik puhas kuld oleks...

Olge hea, näidake mulle ka, kus on kirjas "trans".

Ok, "saturated" - ehk siis loomset päritolu. Sõnumi mõte jääb suures pildis samaks. Nüansse tuli juurde, jah.

Kui  kuskil midagi segi on, siis orig artiklis, kus ühes lõigus on kõigepealt kirjas "overall fats" ja siis "saturated" - ja siis ka - sõnum jääb.
