Please tell me if there is any solution for women with hair loss. I have been taking hair supplements, extra proteins, vitamins and minerals etc.

Women often butcher their hair by simply using too much products on them. Also constant coloring, straightening, curling etc etc - all these things hurt the hair. If you have been doing this for years, then just stop. Washing your hair with natural shampoo and conditioner once-twice a week is enough. If you absolutely must do so every day - be gentle. Massage your head as you are washing the hair. Use revitalizing shampoos and conditioners and slowly massage the hair themselves as-well. All the way to the ends of the hairs which are most prone to splitting and then dying.

When combing, do so gently. You should not see many loose hairs. A few dozen is Ok, but any more and your hair is too weak - so comb gently. First do so with your fingers. Loosen the biggest knots this way, and once you fingers slide freely through the hair - start using the comb. But if you run into any knots, loosen them with your fingers.

I can't say much for supplement help, as I don't have this problem. But I did have very long hair for several years, so I know from experience.
Also if you like to put the hair in a pony tail, use completely soft hairbands. Most hairbands have a metal portion - don't use those. The metal saws through the hair and damages them. Hairbands without this metal part may not be easy to find everywhere, but they are out there.
