You should so being such a fatass and do some exercise, and maybe while running on the treadmill daily instead of drinking your whatsitcalled juice....

Weight loss means right meals+right workout+ you may add some good supplements to speed your good results (as this topics title says: natural bodybuilding). But without right food you can never achieve your goals even if you just wanna loose some weight without building any muscles.
